Ingredients
- 8 oz of firm tofu
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 TBSP apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp canola or mild olive oil
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in your stick blender jar.
- Blend until creamy.
- If necssary, thin with a TBSP or 2 of soy milk.
