When I was a kid my mom made my favorite dessert with condensed milk, a lime pie with a graham cracker crust. I wonder if this vegan alternative will work?

- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- Boil soy milk and sugar until it reduces by 1/2
- Add oil and cream until mixture measures 1 cup.

Clementine was born May 11, 2020 in the early hours of the morning. ( John was born May 11, 1950 in the early hours of the morning , too.)
I started a quilt for her before she was born but then I asked Max what colors her room was and my quilt clashed.
So I found new fabrics and began again.
It went together quickly and Cordelia quilted it for me in her funky style. I sewed on both sides of the binding by machine and got it to her about 3 weeks after her birth. Here she is, tiny in the middle of it.
I’ve known her dad Charlie since he and Max went to middle school together. I hope to meet Clementine and her mom Elisha soon. With the travel ban and Covid 19 who knows when they will come to Austin next?
