Making tomato sauce with my Victorio mill

When my counter is covered with tomatoes form my garden, I make tomato sauce. I put all the tomatoes I picked, abut 15 pounds today,  in my large stainless steel pot and cooked them for a long time until they were halved in volume.

I let them cool and put them through my mill which takes about the same time to set up as to process the tomatoes. I always put the skins though twice to get all pulp out.

I love this machine.
