Eat Veggies, save the planet

I grew white Kennebec and red LaSoda potatoes this year. I planted on Valentine’s day and am harvesting this week.

This year the potatoes are large and medium, butt here are no small ones. I think the severe drought is the reason. The potatoes just like rain water better.

They ae unblemished and quite delicious. I will let them dry out in the pantry covered for 30 days and then I will consider freezing them.

I cage all my tomatoes. but today I read in Angel Valley’s blog that she cages her determinate varieties and stakes her indeterminate varieties and her heirloom tomatoes. This is new information for me. Can anyone explain it to me?
