I pulled up all but 3 of the “okra trees” in my forest/garden. They were still producing but I canned enough okra pickles and 3 okra plants will give us plenty to eat.

All that is left from my summer garden now is pepper plants and eggplant plants, in abundance.

Today i planted kale, mustard greens, pak choi, chinese cabbage, chard, turnips, fennel, and kohlrabi. We shall see if the soil temperature is cool enough for the seeds to germinate.
