Cole slaw, vegan

This is a simple cole slaw John who has a sweet tooth likes.

  • 6 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1/4 cups raisins
  1. Use food processor to make the above
  2. Mix in large bowl
  3. Add  following dressing.
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup soymilk unsweetened
  1. Put first5 ingredinets in ball jar with lid and shake until all sugar is dissolve
  2. Add soy milk and shake again
  3. Put dressing on veggies and let sit for an hour to absorb juices.
  4. Enjoy. Refrigerate.
