This is a simple cole slaw John who has a sweet tooth likes.
- 6 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1/4 cups raisins
- Use food processor to make the above
- Mix in large bowl
- Add following dressing.
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup soymilk unsweetened
- Put first5 ingredinets in ball jar with lid and shake until all sugar is dissolve
- Add soy milk and shake again
- Put dressing on veggies and let sit for an hour to absorb juices.
- Enjoy. Refrigerate.
