Eat Veggies, save the planet

My summer garden is almost planted now. The tomatoes, peppers, eggplants,and potatoes are at least half way there. The cucumbers, squash, zucchini and green beans are just beginning. And I will plant the lima beans and okra this week. We are eating beets., turnips, 4 kinds of lettuce, radishes, collards, broccoli and chard from my spring garden. The rain has been constant this spring and I have hardly had to water with the cholorinated city water. What a blessing!
